Jared
Owner & Founder
Jared has over 9 years of experience in the pest control industry; however, his true love with bugs came back in 1998 when his mosquito life cycle experiment was the runner-up at a school science fair project. To this day, he believes the teachers were too critical of his tri-fold poster and did not give the uniqueness of the experiment enough credit! Not to be discouraged by his teachers, Jared opened Inspire Pest Control in the Spring of 2019 and has been growing exponentially ever since! Jared and his lovely wife Ashley married in March 2020. They live in the Monte Doro area of Hoover Alabama with their Goldendoodle, Crosby.

Office Administrator
Adam joined the team back in February 2026 and has already made a huge impact in his role as Office Administrator. He’s incredibly process-driven and truly obsessed with delivering outstanding customer service.
Adam lives in Bluff Park with his wife, Meredith, and their daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, listening to audiobooks, attending church, and building bird boxes. Recently, he’s been hooked on Netflix’s Formula 1: Drive to Survive and diving into @FieldRoutes to master our primary software!
With more than 7 years of industry experience and a strong operational mindset, Adam is quickly becoming the backbone of IPC.

Since joining Inspire Pest Control in January, Jerek has made a strong impact with his positive attitude, steady smile, and competitive spirit. Whether it’s a game on chess.com, basketball at the YMCA, or any challenge in between, he’s always ready to compete. He’s even sparked a company-wide love for chess in the last 2 months.
Born and raised in Birmingham, Jerek is a passionate Alabama fan (Roll Tide!) and enjoys riding his motorcycle during his time off. What he enjoys most about his role is helping homeowners solve pest issues and feel more comfortable in their homes.

Originally from Nebraska, Josh proudly represents Cornhusker Nation here in Birmingham! His favorite part of the job is building relationships with clients and enjoying the variety that each day brings. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him spending time with his dogs, playing a few games on chess.com, or hanging out with friends.
